Conor is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the lab starting February 2022. He previously completed a PhD in human genomics under the supervision of Nick Goldman at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) and the University of Cambridge. Broadly he is interested in probabilistic and machine learning models for interpreting human genetic variaton. In the G^2 lab, he will explore privacy-preserving methods for analysing single-cell RNA sequencing data.
